The Pastoral Search Team has been working hard to prepare the documents that will be posted to various websites to inform potential pastors of our need and our vision for moving forward. They are now in the process of posting those documents to several seminaries and search sites.
The two documents are called the Ministry Snapshot and the Ministry Opportunity Profile.
The Snapshot is the first document that a potential candidate will see. It is a one page summary describing the senior pastor position at Trinity and the qualifications for the position.

The second document is the Ministry Opportunity Profile. It’s much longer (about six pages) and includes not only more information about the position, qualifications and duties for Trinity’s new pastor, but also more information about our church and our community.
