Christian Education Meeting: 1:00 PM on Sunday, April 18, 2021
Anyone that would like to be involved in Children’s Education and making decisions for future plans and curriculum for Trinity’s youth is invited to join us.
Children’s Church Volunteers Planning Day: 1:00 PM on Sunday, April 25, 2021
If you signed up to help with Children’s Church ages 4-8 or would like to help with this age group, we will be having a brief informational meeting to discuss curriculum and plans on April 25th.
If you would like to sign up: As we get ready to reopen the nursery, children’s Sunday school programs and children’s church, we need to start a rotation schedule. If you would be willing to join the rotation and help with this vital Trinity ministry, please contact Joanna Rask or Iva Foster.
Specific Needs for Children’s Ministry: One Sunday per month commitment for nursery (ages 0-3) Nursery will start out during the church hour but will expand to the Sunday school hour when we restart Sunday school classes. Please prayerfully consider volunteering for one of these time slots. This is a vital ministry to Trinity and its future growth.
Sunday School Classes:
Study of Systematic Theology by Wayne Grudem: Joseph Norris will resume leading this study at 9:30 AM beginning April 11, 2021. The class meets in room 106 (the ‘conference’ room). Anyone is invited to join the group, which has reached chapter 34, (The Doctrine of Regeneration), and is about to walk through the doctrine of the church.
Study of Apologetics and Creation Science, led by Doug Rask continues to meet at 9:30 AM in the LIFE room. This class will also be available on Zoom. The purpose of this study is to help reinforce a biblical world view and prepare students and adults for the intellectual, spiritual, and moral challenges they face in our culture. The class deals with an assortment of topics on Christian apologetics from both a biblical and scientific perspective.
