Workday at Abdus Salam’s House – March 13, 2021

(9:00 AM on March 13, 2021)

This Saturday, March 14, 2021, we have an opportunity to help the Salam family, who we have been praying for. They had frozen pipes and lots of water damage. Their insurance is very minimal.

On Saturday we hope to do basic gutting of the parts of the house that had the most damage. This is at least three rooms, the entry area and the hallway. We will clean up, take out carpet, remove ceilings, and some walls. This will be messy work, and hard work, but does not require much in the way of skills. Please consider coming to help.
Details:
Who: Anyone who can fill a trash bag or use a pry bar.
What: Demolition and removal of frozen pipe leak damage
Where: Friendswood, TX (Call or text for address)
When: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Come when you can and stay as long as you can.
What to bring: long sleeves, hard shoes, masks, gloves, water, and any of the following tools (marked with your name): safety goggles, utility knives, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, sledge hammers (especially hand sledges), pry bars, large crow bars, scoop shovels, etc. If you can bring a wheelbarrow, that would be awesome too.
Why: To show the Gospel in action to this family we’ve had the opportunity to share Good News with in the past.

If you are able to come or have questions, text Bob DeGray or the church phone (281-482-0577) to let us know
