Trinity’s annual membership meeting is scheduled for 12:30 PM on Sunday, March 28, 2021. There are a couple of things you can do to prepare for this meeting, or to help us prepare:
If you have been thinking about becoming a member of Trinity and would like more information, please contact Todd Cobbs. We are preparing for our upcoming annual meeting on March 28th and if you would like to be able to vote at the meeting you need to contact Todd to become a member to vote.
The General Board is planning for next fiscal year’s budget (2021/2022), to be presented at the annual Congregational Meeting on March 28, 2021. If you would like to provide any input into the budget, please contact Bob Mohn, either in person or at treasurer@trinityfellowship.net. We would especially like to hear from anyone who has leadership responsibility in a Trinity ministry. We will also need a couple of members of Trinity Fellowship to serve on the Budget Committee, which will meet one or two times in February.
One of the things we’re planning to vote on at the Annual Meeting is a small change to the Constitution and By-Laws which will allow for electronic presence and voting in future congregational meetings. Check out the changes. TF constitution 210128 draft
