Heart Prep for Sunday, October 27th, 2019

The text this week is Psalm 134. Todd Cobbs will help us see that understanding who God is will lead us to a place of praise and trust. The worship theme will be “The Greatness of Our God,” and the visual theme will be caves (David was in a cave when he wrote the Psalm.)

Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

1 John 1:5, “Now this is the message we have heard from Him and declare to you: God is light, and there is absolutely no darkness in Him.”

Psalm 18:30, “God—His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is pure. He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.”

Psalm 116:5, “The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is compassionate.”

Revelation 1:8, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “the One who is, who was, and who is coming, the Almighty.”
