God’s Big Story

The Bible is a book of books, but it tells one big story, the story of man’s fall into sin and God’s revelation of his rescue plan, culminating in Jesus. This fall, and all the way through Christmas and past Easter, we are going to be looking at key moments in this redemption history so as to get the big picture of God’s big story and to find out how each of us fit into God’s big story. Don’t miss this, as week by week we will reveal God’s heart, God’s works and God’s promises and find his redemptive love at work building unshakeable foundations for our lives.

September 4 – God’s Big Story, Week 1
Text: Genesis 1 and 2
Title “Act 1: Creation in His Image”
Worship: Creator God

September 11 – God’s Big Story, Week 2
Text: Genesis 3:1-24
Title: “Act 1: The Crisis of the Fall”

September 18 – God’s Big Story, Week 3

In God’s story sin leads to judgment, but also to rescue and restoration.

September 25 – God’s Big Story, Week 4

October 23 – God’s Big Story, Week 8
