I. Wake Up – to the reality, nature and strategies of our enemy, as well as to the remedy for defeating him (verses 10-13)
II. Suit Up – put on the whole armor of God, take the Sword of the Spirit and prepare to engage the foe (verses 14-17)
III. Stand Up – approach and engage the enemy through the divinely prescribed method of operation, wielding the Sword of the Spirit through persevering prayer
