Day 12: Humble
Philippians 2:3-4 says that humility is counting others as more significant than yourselves, and looking not only to your own interests, but to the interests of others. Is God humble?
Clearly our hero, Jesus, is humble. The same passage teaches that he is our example of looking out for the interests of others. Read Philippians 2:6-8. How is this humility heroic?
Read Matthew 11:28-30. How is this whole statement an indication of humility?
Finally, identify how God looks out for our interests in each of the following verses (that is, how God shows humility through love):
