Sorry this is late – that’s the way this week (and month) are going.
In any event, I did have some heart prep thoughts. This week we are going to again emphasize the need for humility in relationships. But humility is a slippery subject – if we think we have it we probably don’t.
Piper addressed this well (in reference to God, but it applies to others) in our ‘Gravity and Gladness’ Sunday School video last week. Here are a couple minutes of what he said:
Our worship this week grows out of the phrase ‘forgive one another, just as in Christ God forgave you.’ (Ephesians 4:32). We will be praising God for the character and work of Christ. Sorry so few of these are linked this week: ran out of time.
