Dealing with Relational Sins

On Sunday (May 3, 2009) I focused the application of Mark 14:42-72 on the issue of sin in relationships. Whenever I think of this I am drawn back to the Peacemaker materials.

For a number of years Trinity Fellowship has used and recommended materials from Peacemaker Ministries. Author Ken Sande’s book The Peacemaker lives up to its sub-title Resolving Conflict Biblically and has been an invaluable tool for many of us as we have worked relational issues and coped with conflict over the years.

If you are not familiar with this material, the web site offers a rich array of resources to get you started. Here, in a rough order of recommended visit, are a number of links into the site.

The Four G’s In my opinion this is the heart of the Peacemaker materials. If you don’t do anything else, do a Bible Study using the references on this page or the footnotes from the one page summary called The Peacemaker’s Pledge. (Pictured below)
